1. Scope of Services & Software Handover
Star Technologies provides custom network marketing software development services. Once project development is complete and the source code is successfully handed over to the buyer, complete control, administration, and operation of the software rests entirely with the buyer.
2. Server Uptime & Hosting Responsibility
If due to server failure website downtime occurs, it is not in our hands. For server-related issues, downtime, or hosting configurations, you need to check directly with your server provider. Star Technologies does not maintain hosting environments post-handover unless under a separate active maintenance agreement.
3. Legal Use of Software & Limitation of Liability
We offer software exclusively for legal use and legal projects. You yourself will take all legal use of software responsibility handed over by us. Star Technologies will not be liable for any wrong or illegal use of software done by the buyer after we hand over the project with code in your control.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes, claims, controversies, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these services, software development, or agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India.

By engaging with our services, purchasing software solutions, or accessing our platform, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to all the terms, liability waivers, and jurisdictional clauses stated above.
